Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern access to, engagement with, and use of the services offered by AIO Ready? through the website https://aioready.ai (hereinafter, “the Site”).

By purchasing any of our services, the client fully accepts these terms.

1. Service Description

AIO Ready? provides optimization and preparation services for websites to be interpreted, indexed, and cited by artificial intelligence systems and generative engines, including language models and AI-powered search tools.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • AI visibility audits
  • Content and structure optimization
  • Technical recommendations
  • Implementation of improvements
  • Citability analysis in AI systems
  • Reports and diagnostics of presence in generative engines

The exact scope of service will depend on the plan or package purchased.

2. Client Requirements

To properly execute the service, the client must provide the necessary information and access, which may include:

  • Website URL
  • Administrative or technical access credentials
  • Business information
  • Product or service documentation
  • Requested content or resources
  • CMS or hosting access (when required)

The client declares that they are authorized to provide these access credentials.

3. Client Responsibility for Information Delivery

The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information.

In the event that the client:

  • Does not provide the requested data
  • Delivers incomplete information
  • Delays the delivery of access credentials or materials
IMPORTANT

AIO Ready? will not be held responsible for delays, limitations in service execution, or partial results caused by the client’s failure to deliver required information.

4. Deadline to Provide Required Information

Once payment is confirmed, the client will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days to provide all requested information, materials, or access credentials necessary to execute the service.

If the client does not provide the required information within this period:

  • The start of the service may be delayed
  • AIO Ready?will not be responsible for resulting delays
  • The execution schedule may be modified unilaterally

In cases of prolonged delays in information delivery, AIO Ready? reserves the right to reschedule the project according to operational availability.

5. Project Abandonment Due to Non-Response

If the client does not respond to information requests, fails to provide required access credentials, or remains inactive for a consecutive period of 30 calendar days, the project will be considered abandoned by the client.

In that case:

  • The service will be deemed concluded
  • Assigned resources will be released
  • The project may be administratively closed
NO REFUNDS ON ABANDONMENT

Under no circumstances will project abandonment by the client entitle them to a full or partial refund.

If the client wishes to reactivate the project after this period, AIO Ready? may evaluate availability to resume it and may require the purchase of a new service or a reactivation fee.

6. No-Refund Policy

All payments made for AIO Ready? services are final and non-refundable.

This includes, without limitation, the following cases:

  • The client decides not to continue with the service
  • The client does not provide the requested information or access credentials
  • The client delays delivery of data necessary to execute the service
  • The client abandons the project
  • The client changes their mind after purchase
  • The client does not implement the delivered recommendations
FINAL SALE

Since services involve analysis, strategic work, data processing, and professional resource allocation from the moment of payment, no refunds will be granted under any circumstancesonce payment is confirmed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, analyses, reports, and materials generated by AIO Ready? are part of its intellectual property.

The client receives an internal-use license to apply the recommendations on their own website.

The following are not permitted without prior written authorization:

  • Reselling the service
  • Redistributing reports
  • Copying methodologies
  • Commercially replicating the service

8. Limitation of Liability

AIO Ready? will not be liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Loss of revenue
  • Reputational damage
  • Third-party errors
  • Changes in AI algorithms
  • Changes in external platforms
LIABILITY CAP

The total liability of AIO Ready?, in any case, will be limited to the amount paid for the contracted service.

9. Limitation of Warranties

AIO Ready? provides optimization and consulting services, but does not guarantee specific results, including:

  • Appearing in AI responses
  • Being cited by ChatGPT or other models
  • A specific increase in traffic
  • Search engine rankings
  • Automatic recommendations by AI systems

Artificial intelligence systems are:

  • Controlled by third parties
  • Constantly changing
  • Built on proprietary models

Therefore, final results are not under the direct control of AIO Ready?.

10. Service Cancellation

AIO Ready? reserves the right to suspend or cancel a service if:

  • The client breaches these terms
  • Fraudulent use is detected
  • False information is provided
  • The client interferes with service execution

11. Modifications

AIO Ready? may modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Site and will take effect upon publication.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the country where the company owning the service operates. Any disputes will be resolved before the corresponding competent courts.
